We are in a transformative period of unprecedented evolution technologically.  
What will working in in the future look like? 
What are the skills needed to adapt and thrive in the workforce of tomorrow?

We are now entering into what is being called the 4th Industrial Revolution.  This concept was first introduced in 2016 by Professor Klaus Schwab, Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum.  

This fourth revolution is fundamentally different from the previous three, because of the scale, speed, and scope with which advances are being made. We will see profound shifts in all industries, emergence of new business models, including disruption in social structures.  This is an exciting time to be alive.  We are witnessing unprecedented technological advances.   Technology is moving incredibly fast

As we move through industrial revolutions, increased complexity and expertise are required.  The jobs of today will not support the needs of tomorrow.  

To thrive, you will need to

1)    Stay current – never count yourself out
2)    Be curious– keep learning and expanding your skillset
3)    Integrate and apply learnings to your life – build on previous experiences and make it interesting

You are the future leaders and you are in the perfect position right now.  You are acclimated to this pace of change.
